Who can Change the Plans of God? - Babylon Can't (Isa 13:1-14:27)
In Isaiah 14, we can see how the destruction of Babylon is connected with the deliverance of Israel from bondage. Babylon must perish so that the Lord can exalt his people. As Christians, we can be assured that we are saved from God's wrath.
