Living Out Our Faith in Impartiality (Jas 2:1-13)
Pastor Matt Hilbert - In James 2:1-13, James condemns partiality, the act of judging the value of a person based on their appearance, as a serious sin and behavior that is out of step with the gospel. In order to live out our faith with impartiality we must hold fast to the gospel, constantly reminding ourselves who our Savior is, of the unity the gospel brings, of God’s gracious election, and of the account we will one day give to God.
