Living Out Our Faith in Trials (Jas 1:1-18)
Pastor Matt Hilbert - As we begin a series on the book of James we’ll learn about some of the background of the book and see how we can live out our faith in trials. Trials can be an incredible opportunity to glorify God grow in our faith, but they can also be a great source of temptation. We can be faithful in trials by rejoicing in God’s providence, asking for God’s wisdom, focusing on what matters most, taking responsibility for our sin, and trusting in God’s goodness.
