Keep our missionaries in your prayers as they serve Christ throughout the world.
Jerry and Kellie – Serving in Ukraine
Praise the Lord for their recent visit to the US and the ability to visit with their families. They made it back safely to Ukraine yesterday.
Pray for them as they transition back into ministry. Jerry is focusing on making contacts with churches and pastors in order to show examples of healthy churches. Pray that the Lord would strengthen the Ukrainian church. Pray for Kelly as she continues to make contact with women in her area through ministries such as teaching English as a second language and individual discipleship opportunities.
George and Rodica Verzea – Serving with Evangelism Explosion Europe
The recent report from George told us that many are being saved through their ministry! Praise the Lord for the savlation of Istvan and Attila and seven more in Macedonia.
Pray for those who go through EE training that they would have a renewed boldness to share their faith with those around them. There is an increased burden for lost souls in Bulgaria. Pray that the Lord would increase that burden and more would come to know Christ. There is a need for workers in many of the European countries. The only things stopping the ministry from growing are finances and willing workers. Pray that the Lord would raise up more ministers. The Hope for Kids program is going well in Spain. Pray the ministry would expand and more children would hear about Christ through this ministry. Continue to pray for George and Rodica’s health and and opportunity to rest and rejuvenate during their ministry.
Cliff and Ali – Serving in England
Praise the Lord for the healthy baby boy the Lord will bless them with! Ali will be due in the late fall/early winter. They have also had many ladies attending their Christianity Explored session and they are asking a lot of questions. Pray that the Ali will be able to lead some of these women to Christ. Praise the Lord that Cliff’s dad is feeling better but please continue to pray for his health improvement. Cliff’s mom recently broke her hand so be in prayer for her healing. Cliff and Ali will also be taking their driving tests soon! We thank the Lord for their dedication and pray they continue to flourish and that the Lord would give them direction for their ministry future.
Todd and Sue Kelly
Todd continues to travel and Sue continues to stay home with their children. Pray the Lord would give them grace and strength while they are apart. Pray for closeness in their marriage in-spite of their separation. Also be in prayer for their children, Vika, Sergei and Marena, as they are faced with daily pulls from the world.
